1. Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 7-9 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Custom Orders: 10-14 business days for production before dispatch.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000.
• Flat ₹500 fee for standard shipping on orders below ₹50,000.
• Expedited shipping charges calculated at checkout.

3. Insured Shipping

• All shipments are fully insured to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
• Customers do not need to pay extra for insurance coverage.
• In case of a lost or damaged package, we will initiate a replacement or refund after investigation.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India. Future international shipping options may be introduced.
